Premier League Prediction GW 28: Predict and Win 0.5 SBD

After a blank, a long game week from GW 28 is finally back with us. It is going to be long game week starting Saturday till Thursday. I am starting a new contest in which you have to predict the score from some of the important matches every game week. Stay tuned, I will bring much more for next seasons. Following are the matches I selected for this GW.

1. Burnley vs Southampton:
   Burnley is winless in last 6 games and losing the promises they showed early this season. Once they were at top 4 but now they are at 7th position with 36 points. Leicester City is just a point behind them with 35 and Everton are on 9th with 34 points. Last game week, they lost against Swansea at home. In contrast, Southampton is a much-improved side in last 6 games and they have just lost 1, drew 3 and won 2. Southampton is still in the relegation zone but will soon get out of it if they continue their form from recent weeks. It is going to be an interesting match and I don't see one of them coming out as winner easily.

2. Watford vs Everton:
   It will be a match where two underperforming teams will meet each other when Everton travels to Vicarage Road. A lot has been expected from Everton with all their signing early this season but they couldn't meet it. Will anything change when they travel to Watford? Both the teams are very inconsistent and its hard to predict who comes out better between two. Everton, now 9th at the table is just 2 spots and 4 points ahead of Watford.

3. Manchester United vs Chelsea:
   It is game to watch this game week, both inside and outside the ground. These two rivals are going head to head and this match will prove crucial in Champions League race. Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte have been doing the battle of words outside the field. It will be interesting to watch both of them on the touchline. United are now at second despite losing against Newcastle while Chelsea won comfortably against West Brom last time out. These two teams are separated by 2 points at second and fourth. This season is going to be an interesting battle to secure the Champions League spot and this game is going to be crucial. Just 4 points separate the team from second to fifth.

4. Arsenal Vs Manchester City:
   The long game week will end when Arsenal will host league leader Manchester City. These two teams will face twice in a span of a week. On Sunday, they will go for Carabao Cup final at Wembley. Again on Thursday, Arsenal will entertain City in the league. Manchester City is on top of the league with 72 points, 27 points ahead of Arsenal on 6th and 16 points ahead of second place Manchester United. But giant Manchester City lost to Wigan during FA cup pre-quarterfinal. Arsenal is 8 points away from Champions League spot. Having lost to Spurs last game week, Arsenal is under pressure to win this game.
