Food Photography: Street Food

This is definitely one of the must-eat street foods in Manaoag, Pangasinan. It is locally known as "silet" or "isaw" or tripilia. It is grilled pork intestine screwed in barbecue sticks. It is best enjoyed when dipped with spicy vinegar mixed with cucumber, onions and garlic.
