Pic of The Day #23 - Sour Dough Loaf

After a few tries this was my first real success at home made sourdough bread. This was the first loaf that looked good and tasted great. Some of my previous attempts didn't rise properly or lacked a real sourdough flavor. This loaf was awesome.
