How to make a super simple 3-leaves green salad
Look what I made for lunch today! It's a healthy and super fast salad, made just with leaves of three plants: lettuce, mint, and parsley. I mixed the leaves with white dressing: yogurt, mayonnaise, a little salt, sugar and black pepper. You can skip mayonnaise if it's too high in fat for you. That's it!
Lettuce is a good source of vitamins K, C and A, and beta-carotene. Parsley has flavonoids and antioxidants, folic acid and vitamins. Mint is for the healthy stomach and it smells amazing! And yogurt is a valuable source of vitamin B12 and riboflavin, phosphorus, and selenium.
