Simple salad with kasha
Without superfluous words, just take:
- 100 g boiled buckwheat kasha
- one big leaf of kale
- 2-3 radishes
- 1/4 of bell pepper (I used red)
- some sunflower and pumpkin seeds
And the most important... Herbs and spices. You can use anything you like or you have in your kitchen. I've used these:
- fresh black paper
- za'atar (Arabic tyme)
- a spoon of olive oil
- little chilli powder
- no salt
Cut it, mix it and enjoy!
