Every day is good for vegetable spaghetti.

Today, a few photos from the experimental pasta cooking: with boiled broccoli, onions and garlic, tomato, teaspoon of pesto Genovese and finally... covered by roasted almonds and pumpkin seeds.

Broccoli is boiled in broth

Add the onion and garlic and stew all in butter

Add the broccoli stew all

Add one potato and cover with lid

Stew all until it looks like this

In the meantime, cook spaghetti and roast almonds and pumpkin seeds
