What's for Dinner?! ~ Pesto Chicken with Penne Pasta & Salad

Tonight was a quick dinner. We had pesto chicken with penne pasta and a side salad. I roughly cubed some chicken breast with some onions, bell peppers and garlic in a little olive oil until the chicken was done. Added the basil pesto which is from my freezer, some parmesan cheese, pasta and a little of the pasta water. Mixed until heated through.

Side salad of leafy greens, green onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes and topped with some blue cheese chunks. I got a big container of blue cheese at Sam's. It is very mild and not sure if I like it. Still, salad was good.
