I like the abundance of ingredients in the noodles. It doesn't taste as good if there's not enough meat.

I was wondering, can I use fish sauce in place of oyster sauce? These aren't ingredients I regularly use, but I have fish sauce from a pancit recipe, and to the uneducated cook, it sounds like it might be interchangeable. I am dying to make this, thanks!

Thanks @beemillz. No, I would not change out for fish sauce because it has an entirely different taste...mainly salt. I would skip the oyster sauce and use another tbsp. soy sauce. It is good! Thanks so much. Tess.

Thank you for the substitution, awesome!

Yum! Always looking for new simple recipes. I am going to have to try this! Thanks, @tesscooks4u!

That's delicious, @tesscooks4u. 😋 I am a fan of rice noodles, I love anything rice noodles. 😆 I think sambal goes really well with this recipe too, it will give a spicier kick than curry powder.

Oh yes, sambal sounds good. I like a little kick. Thanks so much @redtomato
