简单快捷的空气炸锅版蒜香骨
今天给尘封多月的空气炸锅开开光,做一道简单的蒜香骨。
材料很简单,排骨一根,配料有蒜头、酱油、料酒、胡椒粉、鸡粉、盐、面粉。
做法如下:
1.排骨清洗干净,切段(此步骤省略,因为市场买回来已经切好,可是长度有点短啊)。蒜头剁成蒜蓉,蒜蓉的量要多一点才香。排骨加入配料,搅拌均匀。
2.然后倒入保鲜袋中,密封好放进冰箱冷藏半天。
3.经过漫长的等待后,排骨已经腌制入味,拿出来解除封印,用筷子夹出来放到面粉堆里滚几下裹上面粉。
4.空气炸锅的炸篮抹上一点油,把裹好面粉的排骨平铺在炸篮中。
5.炸锅预热5分钟,然后200度炸15分钟,中途取出翻拌一下。15分钟后一道香喷喷的蒜香骨就完成了。
好不容易才把步骤拆成5步凑一下字数,其实关键就两步,腌和炸,真的很简单又好吃,喜欢的朋友可以试一下。
