Dear Steemians,

Today I want to share this dish with you and it's also for the entry of food photography challenge.

今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。

加州卷的做法通常是把米饭铺在海苔上，再反转以海苔那一面包裹食材，所以此类寿司也称之为反卷或里卷；我自己也尝试过做加州卷，但完全没有上图我们吃到的这份加州卷那么精致。
