今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。

上面这张图，是我爸在家做的经典家常菜之一，青椒肉丝。从小到大，青椒肉丝一直以来都是我非常喜欢的一道菜，尤其是我爸做的，在外面的饭馆吃过不少次青椒肉丝，但很难找到比我爸做得好吃的，哈哈！
