Research Review / Kuli-kuli in the making / it's advantages

Today my dear family on steem blockchain is a very different moment for reviewing my few weeks post on Kuli-Kuli making and it will be so fun to get this done for your learning purpose. It is just few minutes past one pm here in ilorin, kwara state and I am here to see for myself the process of making Kuli Kuli like I said earlier. I mean how Kuli Kuli is made. Here with me I have a woman of great substance and wide knowledge in the Kuki kuki Mini factory. But before I show you and go further on this, I will like to talk about the kuli kuli making, processes, importance, advantages and many more. Let get it started.
WHAT IS KULI-KULI OR WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT KULI-KULI?
Kuli-kuli as I rightly said earlier is a food that is eaten all over the West Africa, name it Nigeria, Ghana and many part of West Africa,even in some part of the world, because Kuli-kuli is been exported to overseas customers out there. Kuli Kuli is primarily made from peanuts. It is a so much common and used as light food also snack in Nigeria and Ghana. It is sometimes consume alone or with a mixture of garri, sugar and water popularly called "garri soakings". It is also consumed with some other food items like Pap .it is often ground as used as an ingredient for Suya preparations and Kilishi also inform of suya as well. But in dried form. Here is what I am saying about the kuli-kuli. The pictures to show for my research review because many of my friends on steem blockchain requested for this again.
Today I start my review with this particular picture because I want to tell you all, kuli-kuli is very palatable and very important in the life of many people out there, a day may not pass by without the consumption of the Kuli-kuli.
TYPES OF KULI-KULI?
We have different types of kuli-kuli, which I will talked about according to individual needs or individual differences. On my blog here I will capture just two types of kuli-kuli.
- There is one called Long-rod type of kuli-kuli ( Kuli-kuli gigun) this are type of kuli-kuli which are very long, just like the middle finger type.
How is it done?
- After the groundnut has been sorted out, I mean the good from the bad ones, it will be spread outside to reduce the moisture a bit, after this step it will now undergo frying stage which I will definitely show here again, also after the frying stage it will now go through the paste stage where it will be grinder. Then it will now be left for minutes then you will now cut a little paste with your hand then roll it like a pen, pencil-like shape. Then cut with 🔪or just with your finger tips. And keep it in a wide tray for breeze to blow it for a while before passing through the frying stage. Let see what I have been saying since.
PROCESS
Step 1. ( Spreading the groundnut for sorting out)
- sorting of the groundnut. ( good from bad ones)
Step 2. ( Frying process)
Step 3. ( Grinding process)
NOT INCLUDED. REASON BEEN THAT I WAS NOT THERE WHEN IT WA GRINDED.
Step 4. ( Paste process)
- Kuli-kuli paste.
- Using finger to cut the kuli-kuli paste, ready for frying.
- Another type of kuli-kuli paste made.
Step 5. ( Frying process)
Final step ( Kuli-kuli ready )
Already package kuli-kuli for export to the United states. Not weighed
