Banana energy butterflies

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons oat bran;
• 2 tablespoons of coconut flour;
• 1 serving spoonful of vanilla protein powder;
• 2 tablespoons yogurt without additives;
• 1/2 small banana;
• 2 tablespoons of almond paste;
• a handful of chocolate chips or simply chopped chocolate;
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk.
  
  

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix oat bran, protein powder and coconut flour. Then add there banana, yogurt and almond paste and mix thoroughly until a more or less homogeneous mass. After that, start to carefully mix almond milk and at the very end add chocolate chips. Form small balls and send to the freezer for 30 minutes.
