STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #5 : Spicy mushrooms

in #food7 years ago

Here is my new entry fo Steemit Culinary challenge. We will make spicy mushrooms
This time we need a bit more ingridients:
1 Champignons 8-10 pcs
2 Carrot 1 pc
3 Onion 1 pc
4 Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pcs
5 Tomatoes 1 pc
6 garlic cloves 2pcs
7 Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
8 olive oil 4 tablespoons
9 Chili
10 Basil, oregano
11 Salt
12 Ground pepper pungent
13 Sour cream

We cut the mushroom legs and grind them up. Then grind onion, 1 clove of garlic, bulgarian pepper, tomato and cut carrot into small cubes.

In a frying pan warm up the olive oil, add the onion, fry, then add the carrots, simmer for 5 minutes, then add the peppers and tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms and simmer until tender (5-7 minutes)

At the very end add the soy sauce. If the salt of the sauce is not enough for you, you can add some salt .
While the filling is preparing, let make mushrooms caps. Grind 1 clove of garlic and chilli. We put the mushroom caps in a bowl, add the chilli, garlic, salt, olive oil and spices to taste (basil and oregano). Mix all the spices and rub into the caps.

Add the filling into our mushroom caps. At the bottom of the form we fill with sour cream and put mushrooms on it.

Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
