Nectarines A Little Bit Differently - Baked nectarines with honey and almonds
Are you looking for a healthy snack. Well, I have prepared one and I think you are going to love it. It is a simple recipe but worthy of trying it out. Bon apetit friends!
Ingredients:
6 nectarines
4 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla sugar
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
15 almonds
Yield: 3 servings
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Crush or chop the almonds.
Core and slice each nectarine lenghtwise into 6 slices. Place them in a glass baking tin and spread, crushed almonds, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and half of the honey over them.
Place the nectarines in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes.
Remove the glass tin from the oven, pour the rest of honey over the nectarines and almonds and serve while still warm.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 15 minutes
