Winning breakfast idea - Corn Flakes And Cashew Nuts mix
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as the saying goes. Well I would have to agree on that one because one is able to handle the tasks of the day more easily if he had a tasty and nutritious breakfast. This recipe contains plenty of vitamins and minerals which majority of nuts like cashew have in them.

Ingredients:
3 cups apricot juice
2 cups corn flakes
1/3 cup raisins
½ cup cashew nuts
Yield: 2 servings
Preparation:
Lightly crush the cashew nuts.
Divide ingredients equally into 2 bowls and serve.
