Tiramisu it is an italian dessert i call it Valentine's dessert so delicious and has a romantic look. Most of you tried it once in life at least, this famouse dessert is deserve to give it a try. This time i made it eggless and without alcohol, my kids love it and i just want to make it for all my family so i never added alcohol into it.
It is so easy to make with a very simple ingredients, it takes 10 minutes to make and less time if you use a ready to use whipped cream. These individual cups are more elegant from the one pot tiramisu, you can make it as a quick dessert for your weekends or at holidays.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 4 hours
250g mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup cold whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar (3 tbsp)
1 tbsp esspresso coffee( i use Nescafe gold)
1 cup hot water but not boiling
1 Tbsp cacao powder
Ladyfingers cookies (I needed just 4 for my cups)
Whipped cream at medium speed until coherent.
In a bowl cream cheese with vanilla and sugar, add whipped cream and mix all together until well combined.
Place cream tiramisu in a decorating bag with A1 tip.
In a plate mix coffee with water.
Take one of ladyfingers cookies and cut it as the size of your serving cups. Dip it quickly in the coffee, (if you over dip it you'll have a soggy cookies).
Place cookies in the serving cups, add a layer of tiramisu cream, then another layer of cookies.

Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
