It has many benefits oats are rich in Antioxidants and a powerful soluble fiber called Beta-Glucan and it can lower cholesterol levels and many other benefits you can search for.

5 minutes Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe

Cooking time: 5 mins
Yield: 2 persons

Ingredients:

2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup oats
1 stick cinnamon
2 tbsp honey or sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

For topping:
Black berries
Almonds
Raisin
You can add more honey
Any favorite fruits slices

The way:

Pour milk in a saucepan, add oats cinnamon and sugar.
Place saucepan on a medium heat stir gentilly, bring it to boil.
Remove cinnamon stick, pour oatmeal in a serving bowl.
Top with fruits(you can add your favorite fruits).
Enjoy!

Looks amazing!! Oatmeal is not my favorite food, but it is very useful, and
this is also amazingly beautiful

i always like a pinch of cinnamon and honey in my oatmeal. its a very healthy recipe indeed ! i will add a bit of banana too..

Hey darling! Oatmeal has many health benefits - great that you shared a extrem fast recipe with us :-) When the summer is over, and i need other things than bbq, your meal would be perfect ;-)

I recently started to eat oatmeal because I need fruit and nuts in the morning. Guess what? I love it! I use fat free milk, sometimes just water, and it is still good!
