     Desde hace relativamente poco tiempo, se ha comenzado a explorar el noble y puro arte de la gastronomía; sin embargo, el orgullo de la cultura gastronómica propia, aun no se ha explotado y mucho menos las maravillas de los países que poco explotan su gastronomía pura, sin mostrar los impresionantes sabores que pueden ofrecer.  Actualmente hay países bajo la lupa del mundo, pero no dejan ver su real potencial y sobre todo el potencial gastronómico; mas la verdadera cara de la cultura y el orgullo nacional puede ser vista en los lugares más humildes de cada país.

     Como apasionado estudiante de gastronomía, he decidido compartir un poco sobre la cultura gastronómica pura de mi país y sus regiones, aplicando las recetas a las propias mías y mostrando formas diferentes de preparar los mismos alimentos que en casa de todos puede haber. No importa lo poco que haya en el refrigerador, siempre se pueden hacer preparaciones exquisitas en cualquier momento con las técnicas necesarias; y por supuesto ¿A quién no le gusta que alguien más cocine mientras se relaja en la mesa?

¿Por Qué Ahora Y No Antes?

     Desde una edad joven se puede tener anhelos y pasiones, además de querer seguirlas; pero por agentes externos podemos querer dejar de lado esos sueños tontos para seguir el ejemplo de la sociedad. Este ejemplo es básicamente abandonar lo que nos apasiona por un trabajo seguro y productivo llegando a causar la tristeza mientras se genera dinero en un tiempo corto o largo dependiendo de tu esfuerzo. La pregunta seria ¿Y si nos esforzamos en lo que nos apasiona? ¿Y si nos esforzamos en lo que nos llena? ¿Y si dejamos de hacer caso a los que nos dicen que no podemos? Sigue tus sueños, tus pasiones, tus anhelos, pero con disciplina, esfuerzo y amor.

     Since relatively recently, the noble and pure art of gastronomy has begun to be explored; however, the pride of the gastronomic culture itself has not yet been exploited, much less the wonders of countries that exploit their pure gastronomy little, without showing the impressive flavors they can offer. Currently, there are countries under the magnifying glass of the world, but they do not show their real potential and above all the gastronomic potential; but the true face of culture and national pride can be seen in the humblest places of each country.   

     As a passionate student of gastronomy, I have decided to share a little about the pure gastronomic culture of my country and its regions, applying recipes to my own and showing different ways of preparing the same foods that everyone can have at home. No matter how little there is in the refrigerator, exquisite preparations can always be made at any time with the necessary techniques; and of course, who doesn't like someone else cooking while relaxing at the table?   

Why Now And Not Before?

     From a young age one can have yearnings and passions, as well as wanting to follow them; but by external agents, we may want to put aside those silly dreams to follow the example of society. This example is basically abandoning our passion for a safe and productive job causing sadness while generating money in a short or long time depending on your effort. The question would be: What if we strive for what we are passionate about? What if we strive for what fills us? What if we stop paying attention to those who tell us that we can't? Follow your dreams, your passions, your longings, but with discipline, effort, and love.
