Special Fried Rice enjoy
Friday Rice is one of our favorite Rice Dishes. There are different types of fried rice such as chicken fried rice, vegetable fried rice etc. Here a recipe for a special fried rice is given, so that the proper amount of vegetable, chicken, shrimp etc. has been used.
Ingredients
Chicken rice 300 g
Cock meat, small piece: one and a half cup
Egg: 2
Soybean oil: 6 tablespoons
Cashew nuts: 1/3 cups

Shrimp 250 g
Fish sauce 1 teaspoon
Light soy sauce 3 teaspoons

Steps
Step 1
