Searching for Gold with Goldmatters... In Blue Apron?

Mrs. Goldmatters : “GOLDMATTERS CAN YOU STOP BLOGGING FOR 5 SECONDS AND MAKE US SOME LUNCH!?!”

Goldmatters: (sounds of wildly tripping and scrambling across the floor towards the kitchen) “Sure thing, right way!!”

I quickly determined the best course of action was to leverage the stock pile of Blue Aprons that I had been avoiding while Door Dashing all week.

I could prepare lunch and search for gold at the same time! I have been watching a lot of @alphasteem ‘s cooking videos and @gringalicious ‘s blog posts and I just knew this made me an expert in the kitchen.

The search for gold started off great as I dug around the Blue Apron bag:

There was also these golden potatoes:

And the previously mentioned Blue Apron bag which was actually silver:

Goldmatters Jr. wanted to over see the operation and with Mrs.Goldmatters lunch on the line, I gladly let him:

He ordered me to chop some Poblano and shred some cheese, and I quickly complied :

To lift my spirits he brought out some Mene :

I remembered I was searching for gold and grabbed this carton to look inside:

Whats this? Mene 24 karat gold and platinum dice????

Goldmatters Jr, knowing that gold is anti-microbial, even let me put my 24karat gold in this quesadilla for a photo op:

How does that look Goldmatters Jr?

I put the finishing touches on and toasted the quesadillas up to a golden brown:

Added some golden raisins and gave Mrs. Goldmatters lunch!

I found quite a bit of gold in my Blue Apron today :)
