TORTA DE CHOCOLATE CON CUBIERTA DE CHOCOLATE
A veces pensamos que el tema de la cocina es algo complicado, pero de verdad he aprendido que es mundo maravilloso y algo divertido para trabajarlo, a continuacion les dire como preparar una rica torta de chocolate:
Primero debemos mezclar en un bowl 1 taza de aceite con 2 tazas de azucar, mezclar bien hasta que se disuelva un poco la azucar, colocar 5 huevos y seguir mezclando, agregamos 1 taza de leche y 1 cucharada de vinagre, por ultimo agregamos 2 tazas de harina de trigo, 1 1/2 taza de cacao y 1 cucharada de bicarbonato o polvo de hornear, mezclar bien y colocarlo en un molde enmantecado y enharinado, llevar al horno por 45 minutos a 200º.
Para la cubierta se derrite 200gr de chocolate oscuro con una cucharada de crema de leche, una vez que este fria la torta se le cocloca por encima y agregamos gotas de chocolate y lluvia de colores, esto es algo opcional.
