Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and flatten it to give it the shape of a hamburger.

Put the burgers on a baking sheet on baking paper.

Heat the oven to 200º and bake the burgers for 15 minutes. First 10 minutes on one side, then 5 minutes on the other.

To prepare the vegan yogurt mayonnaise, put the soy yogurt in the blender glass, place the arm of the blender on the bottom and start beating at high speed. Little by little, we add the sunflower oil in the form of the fine thread without stopping beating until it emulsifies. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 garlic and salt to taste, and beat a little more.

Prepare the hamburger accompaniment.

Cut the beetroot and the cucumber very thin slices.

Serve the hot burgers inside the bread with a little vegan yogurt mayonnaise and a few slices of beet and cucumber to taste.

Benefits of coriander

Warrior against salmonella

Coriander can be as effective as the most common antibiotic used to treat salmonella (gentamicin), an essential oil contained in the herb, dodecenal, would have antibiotic activity to break the membrane of the salmonellosis bacteria and weaken it to destroy it, according to a study by the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico and the University of Berkeley, California.

The study highlights that some of the acids present in coriander reduce the accumulation of cholesterol in the internal walls of the arteries.

Allied against diabetes

Daily consumption of cilantro would be very useful in regulating blood glucose levels. A study by Mexican researchers using coriander seeds and leaves showed a decrease of up to 15% in glucose levels and improved insulin sensitivity in patients with diabetes.
