Potatoes | 3 pcs |
Honey Onion | 1 Tbsp |
Curry | 2 g canteen |
tomato paste | 2 tbsp |
Saffron brewed | 3 tablespoons |
Butter | 100 g |
Salt and pepper and turmeric | To the extent necessary |
The time of preparation and baking this meal is 40 minutes.
The procedure is as follows:
1.First, cook the potatoes in the form of an average sugar cubes and cook it in a pot with water and a little salt, so that potatoes do not crumble.
2.Take a pan on the heat, put the honey onion with butter and a little turmeric.
3. Add shrimp to onions and when the shrimp is cooked, we add tomato paste to it.
4. Add the Curry, potatoes and Saffron brewed to the ingredients and then mix the spices.
5. Shrimp dopyaza in a suitable container of garnish and serving.

امروز با دوپیازه میگو در خدمتتون هستم👨🍳🍤
غذایی فوق العاده لذیذ و خوشمزه و مقوی سرشار از فسفر و امگا۳ ؛ که به شدت پیشنهاد میکنم حتما یه بار امتحانش کنید.
غذای مردم بوشهر
خب حالا بریم سراغ مواد اولیه این غذا
میگو ۵۰۰ گرم
سیب زمینی ۳ عدد
پیاز عسلی ۱ ق غذاخوری
ادویه کاری ۲ ق غذاخوری
رب گوجه فرنگی ۲ ق غذاخوری
زعفران دم کرده ۳ ق غذاخوری
کره ۱۰۰ گرم
نمک و فلفل و زردچوبه به میزان لازمزمان آماده سازی و پخت این غذا ۴۰ دقیقه است
طرز تهیه به این قراره :
۱. ابتدا سیب زمینی ها را به صورت حبه قندی متوسط خرد کرده و آن را در قابلمه ایی با آب و کمی نمک میپزیم طوری که سیب زمینی ها له نشوند.
۲. تابه ای روی حرارت قرارداده پیاز عسلی را با کره و کمی زردچوبه تفت میدهیم.
۳. میگو را به پیاز اضافه کرده و زمانیکه میگو نیم پز شد رب را به آن اضافه میکنیم.
۴. ادویه کاری، سیب زمینی و زعفران دم کرده را به مواد اضافه کرده و مخلوط میکنیم، سپس ادویه آن را تنظیم میکنیم.
۵. دوپیازه میگو را در ظرفی مناسب گارنیش و سرو میکنیم
