STEEMIT CULINARY CHALLENGE #5 : Mexican chicken
New week - new challenge. I'd like to present you my recipe of mexican chicken.
We will need next ingridients
Chicken 600 grams
Chili 1-3 pcs (to taste)
Bulgarian pepper 3 pieces
Anis 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Grated ginger 1 tablespoon
Starch 1/2 tablespoon
Soy Sauce 4 tablespoons
Tequila or vodka or whiskey 2 tablespoons
- cut chicken into pieces and fry until golden brown. Then, pour the soy sauce and alcohol and a small fire was completely evaporated moisture.
- Make a well in the center, to put all the spices. Chili peppers, onions and bulgarian pepper cut arbitrarily and add to the meat. Fry again until almost no liquid remains.
- Dilute starch in water. Pour into the dish after the water almost does not remain. Then simmer until cooked chicken.
