I always want you everyday! Steemit in the morning, noon, night, breakfast, lunch, dinner, shower and.....poop session!! Lol Messing guys.
You name it. I admit, Steemit is very addictive. If anybody agrees with me, drop your comment below and tell me how it changes your life. :-)
Anyways, much talking about the Steemit addiction, let's talk about what I made today! "ICE CREAM" everyone? Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream with Almonds and Wallnuts: I never ever met somebody who doesn't love ice cream. Seems like everybody loves it. Right?
This Chocolate Ice Cream is made with love. I used Cacao wafers, cocoa powder and vanilla for the flavouring but it's the coconut cream which is the main ingredient actually is the one that we much needed for this recipe.
If you wanna try this guys with your desired flavor like strawberry, matcha, mango, blueberry or whatever flavour you want, you can just basically add it to the cream mixture. Make sure to blend it first to create a smooth creamy texture.
Alright, so here we go. Your Chocolate Chunk Vanilla Ice Cream is here:
- 2 cups water
- 100 g coconut powder
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2 cans coconut cream
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup cacao wafers
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond nuts
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- cacao nibs
- Refrigerate coconut cream overnight.
- Make condense milk by heating water in a medium heat. Add coconut powder and coconut sugar and stir as it goes until it's bubbly and sticky. Let it cool and refrigerate.
- Using a blender, add cashew nuts, cacao powder, vanilla, salt, coconut oil, cacao wafers and the coconut condensed milk. Pulse until creamy.
- Remove coconut cream from the fridge. Turn it upside down to separate the liquid from the hardened cream. Open can with a can opener.
- Add the coconut cream to the blended mixture and pulse at low speed.
- Pour into container and add toppings. Place in the freezer overnight.
See you on the next cookntell.

Watch More of My Recipe VIDEOS!
I have to be honest with you guys. I don't really call it vain or self adornment but I am just addicted to watch my food videos. It feels like a meditation for me. I'm not talking about myself making the video itself but what actually it is is basically the sound and art in the kitchen. The sound of the fork, the spoon, the knife, the cutting board, the water, the mixing, the squeezing, the blending and everything in it sounds like in a grand symphony: a kitchen live music. For me, it is just sooo soothing. It's the reason why I put audio on my videos so you guys can experience a different way to watch too. So I wanna share you some of videos here:
