Baked Vegetables with Smoked Bacon and Chicken.
It's Sunday, and you probably feel lazy, but at the same time you would like to cook something delicious, but you most likely don't want to spend a lot of time at the kitchen, maybe just couple minutes so you will have the whole evening to reply to your followers on Steemit, or write a new publication. Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- smoked bacon
- cherry tomatoes
- mushrooms
- zucchini
- cauliflower
- salt, black pepper
A small recommendation - cook rice as a another side dish as well. Put rice on the plate first, then add baked vegetables on the top and dish is ready. Trust me it will taste even better with rice!
