Japanese cuisine is very popular in Taiwan. I wonder if it's because Taiwan had been ruled by Japan for years. However, Japan's food, culture, and art are all highly accepted in Taiwan, even crazy infatuation.
Among Japanese cuisine, my favorite is sashimi.
In fact, as early as the Zhou Dynasty, there were records of eating raw fish in China. And the subsequent dynasties also had records of eating raw fish. The Tang Dynasty was the peak period for eating sashimi. We could see the popularity in many poems at that time.
Japanese sashimi is dipped in soy sauce, wasabi, with shredded white radish. It is one of the most important dishes in Japanese cuisine.
Fresh fish and shellfish have a variety of colors, the feature is used to design exquisite dishes and become a refined diet art.
日式料理在台灣極受歡迎,不知是否因為台灣曾經被日本統治過,但凡與日本有關之飲食、文化、藝術,在台灣接受度都極高,甚至到瘋狂迷戀的地步。
日式料理中,我最喜歡的就是生魚片料理。
其實中國早在周朝就有吃生魚片的記載,後續各個朝代也都有吃魚膾的紀錄,到了唐朝則是食用生魚片的高峰期,有不少詩詞都可以看出魚膾的流行程度。
生魚片在日本稱為刺身,蘸以醬油、山葵(芥末),佐以白蘿蔔絲,已經是日式料理中重要的菜色之一,也是一般人提到生魚片會立刻聯想到的菜式。鮮魚及貝類由於有各種顏色,利用此特色設計出精美的擺盤,成了精緻的飲食藝術。

日本人把中国老祖宗的东西发挥到极致了,一说生鱼片就想到日本,不过一碟生鱼片这种蘸料那种蘸料的,吃出了仪式感,也是这个快节奏时代受到追捧的一个原因吧
日本的Sashimi好像跟中國的魚膾吃法不一樣。其實連東南亞也都有自己一套吃生魚的方法,可能亞洲人對於各類食材的接受度比較大。
可能亚洲人比欧洲人更原始
