Now a lot of young people like to order food or fast food , sometimes they eat out and never cook at home . You can often see some men who deliver the food riding a bike on the streets .
In fact , it’s not good for us to eat fast food outside for a long time. We had better cook the food by ourselves , after all it’s nutritious and healthy.

Now I will share homemade steamed twisted rolls with salt and pepper with you . it’s really nice to eat , salty but tasty . if you like , you can have a try and do it by yourself . It can make you feel happy and healthy.

Ingredients :
flour
Yeast powder
Peanut oil
Salt and pepper

Methods :

Use yeast powder to leaven the dough, then roll the dough into a round cake, sprinkle salt and pepper, peanut oil, roll up the bar and cut it into segments.

With a chopstick on the dough and then make around the thumb into a roll, look at this picture.

Put the roll on the table for 20minutes , and then on the pot to steam for 25 minutes, turn off the fire. These homemade delicious steamed rolls with salt and pepper are done . You can enjoy it with a bowl of tomato soup , very nice to eat.

现在很多年轻人都喜欢叫外卖,下馆子,自己做吃的很少,没看到现在最忙的,大街上骑着电动车, 跑的最欢的就是美团外卖等那些快递小哥。即使偶尔做一次饭,也感觉是个新鲜。
其实这样并不好,如果一个人生活总是叫外卖,时间长了, 对健康真的很不利。所以若论
营养健康,当然还是自己做的最好吃,毕竟这样非常放心啊。

今天我做了一份椒盐花卷跟大家一起分享,味道咸香,很是好吃。希望喜欢的朋友们也能自己动手,来个丰衣足食。

材料
面粉
酵母粉
花生油
椒盐粉

做法:

用酵母粉发好面,然后把面团擀成圆饼,撒上盐,椒盐粉,花生油,卷成长条,切成段。
用一根筷子在面上压一下,然后用手抻长,绕大拇指一卷,便成了画卷。
做好的花卷醒20分钟,然后上锅里蒸25分钟,关火。这样美味的花卷就做成了。

It looks easy to make. I did that mistake years ago unfortunately. I was just eating either fast food in outside or cooking something so quickly but not healty. Than I noticed on myself how my body is effected from that. Than I satrted to cook by myself and healthier things. And I find it joyful.

一定要温水把酵母活开,然后和面后,放到暖和 的温度,一般1一个小时候,就可以做了,做完之后一定要醒 20分钟左右, 如果馒头变的发轻了,就可以蒸了。

做好后,要等20分钟在入锅,你等了吗? 祝你成功哦。

谢谢分享食谱呢,我有个比较偷懒的做法啦^ω^
每次吃不完的大白馒头,我喜欢切片,然后蘸上蛋液放在油锅里油炸到金黄。起锅以后装盘。
可以蘸炼乳吃,也可以在馒头上撒上葱花/盐/胡椒之类调味,通常会被我拿来做早饭呢,配上一杯牛奶/奶茶/豆浆就更完美啦~

你这个不错,很好吃。
