BHURJI SANDWICH || Recipe

Hello friends, how are you all. Today i am going to represent a another tasy and spicy recipe. I hope you all like it.

Let's start...

For Person :- 3
Cooking Time :- 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• Bread :- 6 slices

• ‎Egg :- 3

• ‎Butter :- 100 gram

• ‎Refined oil :- 2 spoon

• ‎Salt :- as per tast

• ‎Black pepper powder :- as per tast

• ‎Chopped corriendor leaves :- 4 spoon

METHOD

• Take a bread slices apply butter on bread from one side and keep it away.
• ‎Break the eggs and mix it well, after that take a pan and put 1 spoon butter on it.
• After that put the egg, corriendor leaves, salt and black pepper powder into pan and fry it well.
• ‎Egg bhurji is ready , switch off the flame.
• ‎Take a bread slice and apply egg bhurji on it , after that take second bread slice cover the first slice with the help of second slice. Repeat it same with all slices.
• ‎After that take a pan and put some refined oil and after that put prepared sandwich on the pan and cook it till its look golden brown.
• Your bhurji sandwich is ready, serve with sauce and enjoy.
