Hello friends, how are you all of you , today i am here with a spicy and tasty recipe. I hope you all enjoy with this recipe.

Let's start...

For Person :- 4
Cooking time :- 55 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• Dry peas (MATTAR) :- 200 gram

• ‎Fine chopped ginger :- 1 small piece

• ‎Fine chopped garlic :- 2 seeds

• ‎Red chilli powder :- 1 spoon

• ‎Chopped tomato :- 1/2 cup

• ‎Cumin powder :- 1/2 spoon

• ‎Amchoor powder :- 1 spoon

• ‎Turmeric powder :- 1/2 spoon

• ‎Fennel :- 1 spoon

• ‎Cinnamon :- 1 small piece

• ‎Bay leaf :- 2

• ‎Salt :- as per tast

-: For Serving decoration :-

• Fine chopped onion :- 1

• ‎Fine chopped coriander leaves :- as per requirement

METHOD

• Soak it the dry peas into water for 1 hour.
• ‎Take a pressure cooker and put oil and after that put bay leaf, cinnamon and fennel and fry it till its smell get out.
• ‎Put ginger and garlic into put pressure cooker and fry it for few seconds , after that put tomato and mix it till tomato get properly cooked.
• ‎After that put all the powders and salt and mix it well. After that put the soaked peas into pressure cooker and mix it.
• ‎Put half or one cup of water and close the cooker and after 4 whistle , switch off the flame.
• ‎Put it in serving plate and put on it chopped onion, chilli and coriander leaves and enoy the tasty mattar chaat.
