PEPPERMINT PASTA ( Pudina Pasta ) || Recipe

Hello friends I hope you are well, I share another recipe with you . It has a awosome favour of mint , if you mint tast then you definitely like it.

Let's start.....

FOR PERSON :- 2
COOKING TIME :- 40 min.

INGREDIENTS

1. Pasta :- 250 gram
   

2. ‎Peppermint ( Pudina ) :- 1 cup
   

3. ‎Corriender leafs :- 1 cup
   

4. ‎Green chili :- 2
   

5. ‎ Garlic paste :- 1/2 spoon
   

6. ‎Olive oil :- 2 spoon
   

7. ‎Lemon juice :- 2 spoon
   

8. ‎Salt :- as per tast

9. ‎Black pepper powder :- as per tast
   

METHOD

1. Cook the pasta for 10 to 15 min.

2. ‎Switch off the flame and take out pasta from hot water to normal water and put in into normal water for 2-4 min.

3. ‎Take out pasta from the water and put some oil on it.

4. ‎Put peppermint leafs, corriender leafs, green chili, lemon juice and salt into grinder and make a paste.

5. ‎Take a pan and put some oil heat it and after that put garlic paste and fry it.

6. ‎After that put the prepared peppermint paste and mix it well.

7. ‎After that put pasta mix it.

8. ‎ Put the salt and black pepper powder as per tast and mix it.

9. ‎Serve it and have fun.
