Almond Cardmom Kulfi ( Badaam Elichi Kulfi ) || Recipe

Hii friends, today in this summer I will share a cooling, refershing recipe .
So let's see it and hope you all enjoy.

ALMOND CARDMOM KULFI

For pesron :- 4
Cooking time :- 430 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1:- Milk - 2 cup
2:- Finely chopped almond - 1/4 cup
3:- Custard ( vanilla ) powder - 2 spoon
4:- Condensed milk - 200 gram
5:- Cream - 3/4 cup
6:- Almond powder - 1 cup
7:- Cardmom - 1 spoon

METHOD

1:- Put the milk into pan and cook it with slow flame.

2:- When milk gets hot then put custard powder and mix well. Continuesly mix it and cook it.

3:- When milk get thicker then mix almond on it.And when it get thicker then switch off the flame.

4:- When mixture gets cool then mix Condensed milk, almond powder, Cardmom powder and cream and mix it well.

5:- After that put the mixture into kulfi cone or any shape and put it into freezer and when it is completely freez then take out and serve and have fun.
