BESAN CHILLA || Recipe
Hi friends, how are you all of you. Today i am here with another tasty recipe. Hope you all like it.

Serving :- 5
INGREDIENTS
• Gram flour :- 1 cup (255ml)
• Turmeric powder :- 1/4 tsp
• Celery seeds (ajwain) :- 1/4 tsp
• Salt :- to taste
• Water :- 1/2 cup (or as required)
• Onion (chopped) :- 1/2
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) :- 2 tbsp
• Tomato (finely chopped) :- 1/2
• Green chilli (finely chopped) :- 1
• Oil :- 5 tsp
METHOD
• Firstly, take a large bowl and put 1 cup gram flour, turmeric powder, caraway seeds and salt.
• Put ½ cup water or little more and mix well until it forms a smooth batter.
• Now rest the batter for 15 minutes or more so that besan absorbs water and turn light.
• After that add in onion, tomato, coriander leaves and green chilli, mix well and get to a flowing consistency batter.
• After that heat the pan and put a spoon of oil and after that pour a ladleful of batter onto a pan.
• Cook on medium flame and now flip the chilla and cook both sides.
• Finely your besan chilla is ready, serve it with ketchup, chutney or wit tea.
