Sun Bright Breakfast For Weekend
I named this food like a sunny day with bright color. Yeep, Sun Bright Breakfast
I never thought before that the end result of this food has a beautiful color.
I did not use any additional coloring. The natural color of this food comes from corn and duck egg yolk come directly from my farm.
It really became a moodboster for me to be able to enjoy breakfast on a sunny weekend with bright food.
I will share the Sun Bright Breakfast recipe for you:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of corn
- an egg, separate the yolk and egg white
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of all of purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
How to make
- Blend corn, milk and sugar using a blender.
- Then, mix the egg yolks, vanilla, and flour with the mixture of corn that has been blended.
- Then prepare the egg white mixture. Beat the egg whites with a mixer at high speed.
- After the egg white mixture is expanding, slowly mix the egg white mixture into the corn mixture.
- Preheat the pan.
- Then cook the dough.
- Don't forget to flip the dough.
- Serve with corn as a topping.
