Infused water is a fun way to get used to drinking water with additional fruits, vegetables, and or spices.

This time I will share with you a drink recipe that is refreshing and healthy and safe for diabetics and could be a secret weapon against diabetes.

Infused water which contains ginger, lemon, cucumber, and cinnamon is also great for accompanying your healthy lifestyle to keep your blood sugar normal.

Without the addition of sweeteners, the content of ingredients in infused water can improve the taste and aroma of water as a whole, though not as strong as the original taste of fruits and vegetables.
