Spicy Scrambled Eggs in 15 minutes

Sometimes you will get bored doing the same scrambled eggs all the time, why not try and spice it up? This super delicious recipe is best to try. Promise you'll never regret trying this. It's fast, easy and guaranteed to be a super hit dish for your family and friends. Plus it's so cheap to do, I did this one below RM10. You can serve this menu during breakfast or tea time with bread, chapati or paratha. Trust me you don't need to have cooking skills to cook this one. Just scramble the eggs in the end and tadaa it's done and guaranteed yummy okay!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bread, to serve
1 onion + 2 fresh red chillies + 1 tomato (Blend). If you like more spicy just add more chillies.

STEP 1

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the blended items until softened and golden.

STEP 2

Stir and cook, uncovered, until the tomatoes have softened and reduced to a jammy consistency and the tomato juices have evaporated.

STEP 3

Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt to taste. When the tomatoes are softened and jammy, lower the heat and add the eggs.

STEP 4

Cook, without stirring until the bottom of the eggs are set. Using a spatula, gently lift and fold the egg mixture. Continue cooking until the eggs are almost set.

TADAA READY

Spicy Scrambled Eggs. Serve with bread, capati or paratha, if desired.
