Don't flag new users, they are foundation of what Steemit will be next year
I see that many new users are trying to reach more people and achieve more followers by spamming random posts with comments like: "Follow me and upvote me I will do the same for you"
It is extremely important not to flag them for that but to tell them politely in reply that it is not good for steemit community that it will not bring them any profit and that they may get flagged if they contiune doing it.
If we flag new users just because they didn't know about rules on Steemit, if you flag them for their effort and attempts to be noticed, what will happen to Steemit in 1 year?
I mean come on how money of you read terms and conditions of use?
If we help new users, if they become ambitious they will grow in steem power, the value of steem will rise, community will grow. And we that are here in this phase will get the most of it.
So don't flag, help if you can!

Excellent post! We were all newbies at one time or another. A well meaning and informative reply will go a lot further than slamming them with a flag.
