My Daily Challenge Completed - 200 reps:
~5 hours of baseball games
My Daily Assessment:
Thank you to everyone for doing what you can to support me and each other. While it's immensely appreciated, I don't want you to spend any out of your pockets for me. Comments and resteems with some upvotes are more than enough to help. I simply want to achieve a growing respect from the larger community for all of our effort, and usually views/rewards are the metric for that. You all deserve more than my upvotes can provide. More people supporting this post means that you also get what you deserve for your dedication and quality content.

From @musclegirlfusion:
"Since I started posting in this challenge, you've given me a reason to blog on steemit. No matter how discouraged I get when it seems like no one is reading what I write, I know I can write it and post it here and it adds to the challenge. So thank you for giving me the motivation I need to stick with blogging!!"
From @bitfiend:
"After starting 6 days ago I already feel stronger. This is definitely the most consistent exercise I've done in an extremely long time but I am happy to be taking part! While I walk around mostly in pain, I know it's all for a good cause! My health! I am feeling better and I'd say my sickness is mostly gone now. I think that if I had not been exercising, I may have been sick for a bit longer. Persistence pays off!"
From @mightpossibly:
"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."
From @notorious562:
"I seriously cannot explain how much this group pushes and motivate me to keep working harder. I love this fitness community and the support and encouragement will help us achieve our goals."
From @khufu:
"Your challenge has helped immensely to keep me motivated lately. I've had a lot of... problems going on so your challenge has been a quantum of sanity in an insane world for me."
Daily Challenge Completed - 200 reps:
~5 hours of baseball games
How did you do - Hitting. Pitching?
Finally a good weather day. Shoulder still healing so I just played second base and made every putout cleanly (about 5). Their first pitcher was a tall tough lefty who threw well. I walked on a full count after a few foul balls, struck out on a full count (on a foul tip in the catcher's glove) after a few foul balls, and then, after being pitched away all game, finally got a pitch that wasn't too far outside to hit a laser beam right at the first baseman's face. With runners on first and second, it would've been an easy game-tying double, but it was nearly triple play.
I put the ball in play all three times in the second game, but couldn't get a hit.
It was still a good day because I had some really good battles at the plate and they had to pitch around me. I'm glad that my shoulder/trap pull is improving so I might be able to pitch again soon.
How has the start of your season been? I hope your getting a mental break from blogging and killing it out on the field!

My Assessment
I practiced yoga for an hour, however I am quite tired today.
For this reason, when I had to teach yoga for an hour, I focused on teaching nice and slow Hatha yoga! This style of yoga is based on holding postures for nice prolonged periods of time. It really helps to strengthen the body and improve alignment in asanas.
One of my students has weak wrists and the other has a problematic knee, so I have to modify the poses accordingly. I also try to incorporate a lot of twists as I am helping them with their flexibility for playing golf -which is an extremely popular sport around where I live.
I have started adding up all my reps in my daily posts and I cannot believe I have completed 7450 reps in April (since I started this challenge!) You can see my progress here
Recording 500 reps here.
Yes, i've made it easier for you (but I know you are extremely competent!!!). In my posts whenever I complete reps, I have now linked to all my previous posts and tally up :) I thought it would be nice to help and it helps me see how much I have achieved too! It must take you AGES to tally everyones up, so thank you so much for your hard work with managing this challenge :) I love it!!

Challenge completed - 100 reps
I busted myself for these reps. 30 mins solid run ain't easy and it's a little frustrating seeing 800 reps for almost 2 hours walking
I very much agree.
I would also have to agree with you on this one. If I counted all of my daily steps and walking I would have over a 1,000 reps daily. I think one should only count the reps they do outside of their daily routine. Its just my opinion!
Yeah I often leave out some reps as I consider then more warm up reps, and If I do a quick 10 mins run or something I leave them out too. Some people have this a bit wrong
I hear you. Some people who are focused on walking, can only walk at this point due to their body right now. I don't want to hold it against them if that's what they can do and they're walking for 4 hours a day to lose weight as the first steps towards lifting eventually. Assuming I keep on this challenge, I'm going to introduce some new ideas/caps to try to make it more of a checkpoint versus unlimited approach. This will help everyone in the long run feel like they're putting equitable amount of effort forth, while not potentially inflating figures with activities that I didn't initially intend to be a focal point. For now, getting people involved and confident has been my priority, but I'd never want people to feel bad about it. Tough place for me. Thanks for speaking up.
Yeah I had a feeling you wanted more people to get on board, but if people are serious about their fitness then rewards shouldn't be a motivator.
Instead having our little community support should be the reward, followers who support each other and upvote each others content.
It's just frustrating when I go to the effort of a 30 min run. By the end of it you could fry an egg on my head lol, but then others claim reps when they aren't honest or correct.
It will be good too see what you have in store for the challenge, as I do love it and it has motivated me to do more cardio. Other wise I wouldn't be doing it(the cardio).
I might play around with different tags now that my challenge posts are hitting trending category sometimes, might help draw a few others in.
Just had a thought maybe mandatory 50% upvote and resteem each day to enter, although the upvote might deter some so maybe mandatory resteem to help spread the word :)
Just remember, you have a really cool motorcycle, so the cardio isn't going to be a long-term thing for you.
Haha I don't know. I'm on a mission lately :)
You know i am all for motivating others. I just don't like people taking advantage of the group and not being honest just to earn SBD. I hated when I had missed the daily challenge and my own 50 push up challenge and felt horrible posting 0's. But I wanted to be truthful and show accountability to everyone. I do agree its great that you have helped spark people to get fit with this challenge.
