My Daily Assessment:

I had to go to my parents' house for a few days to help move my Dad around with my Mom before more professional help is hired. It's sad to see someone who used to be so physically strong become frail and incapacitated from a long battle with brain cancer, so please please please appreciate and respect your bodies while we can enjoy them, and protect our health for the future!! On the bright side, my brother and Mom were shocked to see how much muscle and size I've put on since Christmas. I'll probably only be able to do push-ups while here unless I can find some weights. This might be good though, because I've almost completely ignored direct chest exercises during this fitness challenge.

Nice job. To be fair to others in the past that it didn't count for, let's consider skipping rope under cardio work. I counted it this time, so for the future. Nice workout. I totally forgot about face pull exercises.

I didn't count Skipping rope in my total reps because we already had that talk :D

I forget about them too but yesterday I wasn't that fit and in that moments I often do some new exercises.

This challenge and community kept me on track tonite. The weather was pretty tough - 17 degrees F; very windy; some light snow blowing around. Usually in these conditions I would just eat a light snack/meal in my building. But I wanted to complete my daily goal in the challenge which meant more walking, so I dressed warm and walked down to the dining room (I live up on top of the hill)....and then back up. I feel pretty invigorated and am glad I made the trek. Thanks to all.

That's the spirit of a champion!! It all adds up and you're feeling accomplished as you deserve to. Well done in the elements too.
