Tuesday Body Combat + Mega Loaf Breakfast :)
The Workout
Yesterday we had a blast with Nina and Les Mills team, (in case you missed it: Monday Motivation + LesMills Workout + Breakfast :)) and it looks like the Popsugar team were listening or reading my blog (I doubt, or were they really? humm lol) so they had uploaded their own body combat inspired routine. And that is exactly what I did today!
While this is almost half the normal length of a body combat session, but 30 mins daily is our standard workout, and the moves and the music are awesome, pure Les Mills great stuff!
A combination of Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kung Fu, and most importantly, finishing off with a great stretch.
You will NOT regret trying it out..
The Breakfast
So I ran out of my usual Arabic bread, yet I had another bag in the fridge of some MEGA version of those loaves.
Check out the size on that thing .. larger than the plate!

And while they are not the best healthy option as they contain some sugar, yeast..., they are the option at hand. So let's push them into the somewhat healthy category by throwing in some yoghurt on top, olives, chia and black cummin .. YUMM (sorry forgot to take a pic with the while combo !)
And let's add a couple of tasty toasts with some peanut butter !
