PUNCHING the BOXING BAG in my own GYM in El Salvador. My BOXING WORKOUT. #LivingElSalvador

Finally I got to punch and kick on some boxing bags. It's been a while (3.5 years) since I got to punch on some bags and have a great workout. And the nice thing is that I can do that in my own gym (garage in which we do our exercises and call it our gym, but it also is a relaxing place where we relax on the hammocks and hide from the sun) which is also awesome because it is outside, so it doesn't stink and you get to feel the wind and you are surrounded by nature.

I have missed my gym so much while we were back in Canada. We have tried to open a kickboxing gym in the last few years in Penticton, but it just didn't want to workout. So maybe we will give a try here in El Salvador and that is why I'm trying to get back into shape since I am out of shape and had not punched or kicked the bags for years.

For those who don't know, my husband and I have been in martial arts for a long, long time and also teached kickboxing and boxing in our own club in Canada which was doing pretty good, but we closed it down when we moved to El Salvador for the first time in 2011.
But martial arts has always been a huge part of our lives and we still want to continue that way.

Since we came back to El Salvador (about a month ago) this was my second time punching on the bags and it felt so good, but I am a bit out of shape.
Have you ever tried boxing or kickboxing or punching on the bags?
Well....This is the best workout you will ever get. Nothing can beat good 3-min rounds of punching on the bag and this is also the best stress releaser ever.

This workout was pretty fast workout even though I did 3-min 3 rounds or skipping and then 3-min 3 rounds of bag and some situps, but usually I do about 4 rounds and some shadowboxing or do some kicking on the bag, but I run out of time since we had to go to @joordanzzz soccer game, but at least I broke some sweat and still got pretty good workout.

I was never a professional boxer but I had few amateur fights and one kickboxing fight.
My husband became a PRO Boxer, but he had to stop since his elbows were all recked and he had surgery on it and tried everything, but nothing worked so he decided to teach.
