Just share a video of you doing something cool (handstand, handstand walks, abs exercises, planche, elbow lever or just simple fitness routine or moves).
We do not encourage to perform crazy stunts and we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
Be careful, don't injure yourself and you are responsible of your own actions. Don't share videos of people getting hurt as a result of an exercise.

Prizes for week 16:
1st place - 5 Donatello Club digital cards (DC digital cards) which can be sold online by using your favourite digital payment system and 2 STEEM.
2nd place - 3 DC digital cards and 1 STEEM.
3rd place - 2 DC digital cards and 1 STEEM.
Fitness video submissions are judged by @Donatello and scored on fun, quality and popularity factors.
Donatello Club digital card is a concept, marketing tool, account upgrade and lifetime membership.

How to enter:
You have to post your fitness video by Tuesday 30/01/18 but the sooner the better.
Videos should be at least 30 seconds long.
Write a post along with your fitness video and a description but the title must contain "Fitness contest week 16" and use "donatelloclubdigitalcard" as one of the tags. Don't forget to add your post Url below here as a comment.
