FITNESS 101 WITH BAT-JUNIOR (Wed Class 01)

FITNESS 101 session was introduced yesterday and all its programs were distributed into each days of the week.

Today’s class on FITNESS 101 is going to be an interactive class, so therefore it requires you all to just briefly introduce yourselves and what you basically need from the program.

Finally, @bat-junior. I've been waiting for this fitness classes and work out sessiins to start. My challenge is overweight. I do my best to eat healthy, so I don't really have issues there. However, I am yet to find fun excersice like dance excercise classes. I like to dance and hope you'll be able to provide such service so that I can dance and lose weight doing what I love to do. Steem on!!!

Sure @maryfavour, I will hold some dance-like training exercise session in order to loose weight and get flexible. Try to stay tuned to this blog because a short video of some needed training equipment will be introduced. STAY FIT.

Oi, introduction... hi I'm Jaro, a photographer, blogger and a father of two awesome boys.

My issue... Beer belly. My wife says she loves it, but I personally think it's hideous, seriously not cool, in the way, too much to carry, and I want to get rid of it. ;)

Beer belly isn't cool and believe me Jaro, you have make the right decision by visiting my blog.

To get rid of the beer belly, you have to make more hard decisions like staying away from beer for a while and staying away from junk foods during your first 3 weeks of exercise.
The following steps i am going to list below should be of help for the next 3 weeks.

  • Drink a glass of water every morning when you wake up
  • Eat a healthy fruit like banana and relax for at least 5 minutes before any activities (2-3 pieces of bananas is recommended).
  • Being the fact that you might be heavy for yourself to command, i will suggest you start with walking instead of jogging.
  • The walking must be on your average speed and should be timed for at least 20 mins
  • Eat healthy breakfast after walking exercise.
  • Walk at the park or free walkway in the evening at your comfortable speed for at least 10 mins
  • Take dinner as appropriate time in order to have good digestion.
  • Repeat above instructions for at least 2 weeks before hitting any fitness center

Reasons: repeating this routine as prescribed will help you to get rid of some belly fats which will give you more room to command your body at the gym. What i mean by COMMAND is that the body only listen to you when you force it to bend to your will and by doing so, your body recognizes whatever task you want it to carry out and without hesitation, it respond to your command. In other words, your body is fine-tuned to a new system.
