My issue... Beer belly. My wife says she loves it, but I personally think it's hideous, seriously not cool, in the way, too much to carry, and I want to get rid of it. ;)

Beer belly isn't cool and believe me Jaro, you have make the right decision by visiting my blog.
To get rid of the beer belly, you have to make more hard decisions like staying away from beer for a while and staying away from junk foods during your first 3 weeks of exercise.
The following steps i am going to list below should be of help for the next 3 weeks.
Reasons: repeating this routine as prescribed will help you to get rid of some belly fats which will give you more room to command your body at the gym. What i mean by COMMAND is that the body only listen to you when you force it to bend to your will and by doing so, your body recognizes whatever task you want it to carry out and without hesitation, it respond to your command. In other words, your body is fine-tuned to a new system.

Do not forget that you will still have a week out of the three i mentioned earlier.
