Workout - 10/29/18
Good morning, friends!
Apparently, beauty-related things really take it out of me because I was EXHAUSTED yesterday after all that dress shopping and planning! I took an extra rest day to just basically sit around, which felt so good but I am ready to get moving again :)
So I thought you guys might all like to have a workout option in case you're in the same boat!
Maybe even get some pals together and do it as a group? Workouts are always more fun with friends!
Here it is, I hope you enjoy it!
1:00 hold / :30off / 1:00 dynamic / :30off
TWO times through each couplet before moving on!
I hope some of you try this and get a good sweat out of it!
