You enter already defeated into any confrontation!

There are times when you get in some dead end situations, where you feel that every decision you take will not solve anything and the worst thing you can do is to stay put. So, this time I decided not to stay put and step in: Those fights that we saw here at Steemit are irrelevant no matter what kind of reasons, people might have to start a fight.

Saving our 'platform', lifting people out of poverty, advancing economic growth... these are one and the same fight. We must connect the dots between climate change, water scarcity, energy shortages, global health, food security and women's empowerment. In my opinion the Steemit platform was created for people to create a friendly connection between them and to have a chance to earn an income in the long run. This sounds great, but sometimes it's not like you thought it will be, and you get caught in the middle of a fight between the people you are trying to create a connection. No matter how much I try to ignore it, I can't do it because I know that the reason why people are fighting is irrelevant!

Not only that this is irrelevant, but it's also a pessimistic feeling and interacting with pessimistic people it will be impossible not to pull you down too, and slowly you copy those people even if you don't want to. I will suggest you, try not to follow those people because they will bring you to failure. When you're undecided, you get the attitude to lose, and brain creates scenarios that aggravate the situation. 

I'm not afraid of failure because I have learnt that failure is one of the most powerful motivating forces that we know, and the emotions that you have after a failure are extremely strong. I have also learnt to be ready for the worst and expect the very best!

Stop making excuses and start doing facts, because excuses do nothing than to pull you back, and stop you from solving situations. Stop fighting because it will not bring you any good and it's just a waste of time for you and people around you! 

I know that it's easier to make and say bad things about another person than to make good, but that doesn't mean you have to do it. You can just close your eyes and move on instead of doing something wrong. You will feel much better after that!

We run too fast for money!

I know that we all want to reach for money as fast as possible, but the best indicator of succes is time for change.

Even if you don't believe in Steemit, I think you should believe in what @dan and @ned believe, because they didn't sacrifice so many things and time just to fail now. This is another reason why you should stay for the long run!

Now, if you really want to be rewarded on Steemit, then you should probably make some big changes; stop those fights and make something good!
