Shaniqua said. She could have sworn that some of the ‘journalists’ gasped. Apparently that was a foreign concept to them.

“Is that some startling revelation?” she asked. “Have none of you ever heard of the five W’s?”

No one seemed to be familiar with the concept.

"What, Where, Who, When and Why?” asked them.” Does that ring any bells?”

Blank stares

“What did they teach you in J School.” she asked "Did you do anything other than party?”

Sheepish grins.

“I expect better.” she told them.” I DEMAND better. From now on nothing is printed before I look at it. Is that clear? If it’s not truthful I’m not going to publish it. Now get busy!”

They scattered like a flock of birds. She suspected that the next few editions of the newspaper would be rather thin. She further suspected that the only thing that would meet her standards right now was the weather report...and perhaps not even that.
