[FamilyProtection] Your Attorney On Board From Day One

One major factor that mars  parents' struggle against CPS has been not only their uninformed state of their rights, but greatly on their lethargic attitude towards calling on a good juvenile dependency attorney early. Two days ago, I had a video chat with a contact of mine who I was introducing the @familyprotection initiative to and pleaded with him to join Steemit. He has been an Attorney with  some juvenile dependency case victory under his belt, hopefully he is able to spend some time here soon(they are as busy as bees). Our discussion resonated a specific fact, he said:

“Clients fail to call us on time, they call when they have gotten themselves already deep into the unhealthy tactics of CPS caseworkers and then it becomes hard for us to rescue them from that sinking sand. Most of the cases I worked on at the early part of a caseworker investigation was very much easy than those who already got themselves sinking far deep.”

This is very true, most cases would have been in the favor of many parents if only the situation was handled well on time. It is vital to know that a social worker's primary duty is not to help you but to prepare a 'legal case' against you!

Every parent should keep this reality in the most conscious part of their minds. This is why you need to first know your rights and employ the services of 'legal practitioner' early. This makes it obvious why CPS triumph easily over parents with insufficient funds. They are unable to get an attorney to work on their case on time because they can't afford it and they are left to be rolled over like a ball by the treacherous hands of corrupt CPS. In court they are handed court assigned attorneys who can't dedicate enough time and energy to your case due to their many caseloads already, and probably even work against you unknowingly to you. The family law court is one hell of a joke and unpredictable cruelty.

Parents need to get their attorneys on board from the very start, this will straighten out and prevent so many problems from arising on the long run. The evidences a caseworker uses against you are not gotten from their informants because most of the anonymous tips that get them to your front door are not 'probable cause' cause to take a child or act up. They get every possible evidences from your communication with them, from every word you say, from what they see when they walk into your home, little things that do not really matter, every piece of information goes into their report! except for the fact that they report them in incriminating style.

These information are reported out of contest, and LIES and more lies are imputed. You wont be aware of all this, but they have ended up building up a case against you to enable your prosecution in court!. That is why you need to have your attorney with you from the onset , time matters!. My contact I had a video chat with said a huge percentage of the cases they handled from the beginning resulted in CPS backing out, because they end up not being able to lie about many things nor report out of context since your attorney is there to make sure the information are interpreted and written exactly as you meant. They know how to handle caseworkers since they are familiar with the whole process and know when a caseworker is trying to be deviously smart.

For parents who are financially not capable, I strongly advise you exercise your rights and buy yourself some time to research your rights. It is completely legal for you to ask a social worker to give you sometime to research your rights. You can seek legal advice during that period and support from many good folks out there.
