It may have another dip as many people seem to hear that Antshares is "the new Chinese Ethereum", and so they made the switch hoping to achieve Ethereum level gains there (which could become true).
Anyways I still believe strongly in Ethereum long term.

Not sure I would call it a flash crash coming, more like a slow burn. Bitcoin will be trading below $2000 in July, ETH below $200. I'll go out on a limbo and say bitcoin sees $1500, ETH $150. A year from now everybody will acknowledge that both were bubbles. ETH back below $10, Bitcoin ooooh, let's go with $250.
